The Self-Weighted Rower uses one's own body weight to provide resistance in the exercise. This equipment delivers both cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits for the total body with an emphasis on the upper body. Major muscle groups worked are the back and biceps. Exercise levels can be 5 to 15 minutes in duration. Experiment with various speeds and different levels of effort.

The Pommel Horse equipment features three exercise positions with bars that allow assisted dips to be performed. The Leg Press Trainer provides two positions each with self-weighted resistance. The exercise places emphasis on the quadriceps, glutes, and hip extensors. Since the level of resistance is modest the exercise avoids the wrists that are associated with heavy barbell squats. Most individuals will perform a large number of repetitions, perhaps as many as 20 to 30. For maximum resistance, the exercise can be done with one leg at a time.
